Q: Is Hiyd free to use? A: Yes, Hiyd is free to download and use on both iOS and Chrome.

Q: Do I need an internet connection? A: No, Hiyd works completely offline once installed. Your content never leaves your device.

Q: Do you collect my data? A: No, we don’t collect any personal data. Everything is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy.

Q: Which Jekyll versions are supported? A: Hiyd generates standard Jekyll markdown format that works with all Jekyll versions.

Q: What iOS version do I need? A: Hiyd requires iOS 14.0 or later.

Q: Can I sync between devices? A: Currently, Hiyd stores everything locally for privacy. Cross-device sync is not available.

Q: Where is my content saved? A: Content is saved in the app’s secure local storage on your device.

Chrome Extension Questions

Q: Which browsers are supported? A: Currently, Hiyd is available for Chrome and Chromium-based browsers.

Q: Does it work in incognito mode? A: Yes, but your content won’t persist after closing incognito tabs.

Q: Can I use it offline? A: Yes, once installed, the extension works completely offline.

iOS App Issues

• App won’t open or crashes
